AdultSense is an advertising marketplace operated by GLOBAL ENTERPRISE CLOUD SYSTEMS ("GECS"), a company organised under the laws of the Republic of Panama. AdultSense connects advertisers with independent third-party website owners who make advertising positions available. The documents below together govern your use of the platform. The Terms of Service apply to everyone; the other documents apply according to how you use AdultSense and form part of your agreement with GECS.
If documents conflict, the more specific document prevails for its subject matter (for example, the Advertiser Terms prevail over the Terms of Service on matters of purchasing and invoicing), except that nothing in any policy limits our rights under the Terms of Service to remove content or suspend accounts.
