1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 This Traffic Quality Policy explains how GLOBAL ENTERPRISE CLOUD SYSTEMS ("GECS") defines, detects and responds to invalid traffic on the AdultSense Platform. It applies to all Advertisers and Publishers and forms part of the Terms of Service, the Advertiser Terms and the Publisher Terms.

1.2 Positions are located on websites owned and operated by independent Publishers. GECS does not own or operate any Publisher Website or traffic source, but it requires Publishers to deliver genuine human traffic and it monitors delivery through its ad serving systems.

2. Definitions

2.1 "Valid Traffic" means impressions, unique impressions and clicks generated by real human Visitors who are viewing a Publisher Website voluntarily, in the ordinary course, and who interact with an Advertisement of their own free will.

2.2 "Invalid Traffic" means any impression, unique impression, click or other event that is not Valid Traffic, whether or not it was generated intentionally. It includes General Invalid Traffic and Sophisticated Invalid Traffic.

2.3 "General Invalid Traffic" means traffic identifiable through routine filtration, such as known data centre and hosting IP ranges, declared bots and crawlers, search engine spiders, monitoring and uptime tools, pre-fetch and pre-render requests, and duplicate or malformed requests.

2.4 "Sophisticated Invalid Traffic" means traffic that requires advanced analysis to identify, including hijacked devices, malware-generated traffic, bots imitating human behaviour, residential proxy networks, manipulated or spoofed device and browser data, cookie stuffing, ad stacking and other deliberate attempts to inflate delivery.

3. Prohibited Practices

3.1 No Member may, directly or through any third party: (a) generate clicks or impressions by automated means, scripts, bots, emulators or click farms; (b) pay, incentivise or deceive people into viewing or clicking Advertisements, including through rewards, points, "click here to continue" schemes or misleading placement; (c) load Advertisements in hidden, zero-size, off-screen, stacked or invisible frames or elements; (d) auto-refresh pages or ad slots beyond limits approved by GECS; (e) buy, redirect or arbitrage traffic from undisclosed sources into a Publisher Website, including forced redirects, pop traffic chains or domain spoofing; (f) misrepresent the location, device, browser or source of traffic; (g) use malware, browser extensions, toolbars or adware to inject or trigger Advertisements; (h) click on their own Advertisements or Positions, or on competitors' Advertisements to exhaust or distort delivery; or (i) attempt to manipulate the Statistics, marketplace data, Offers or Auctions.

3.2 Publishers must not place Positions on pages containing no meaningful content, pages designed primarily to display ads, parked domains, or any property not approved by GECS.

3.3 Advertisers must not use landing pages or tracking that generate artificial events attributed to a Position.

4. Detection and Filtering

4.1 GECS uses a combination of automated filtering, industry data sources, behavioural analysis, and manual review to identify Invalid Traffic. Filtering may be applied in real time, before Statistics are finalised, or retrospectively.

4.2 Filtered Invalid Traffic is excluded from reported Statistics where GECS's systems identify it. Because GECS's methods are confidential and evolving, GECS does not disclose the details of individual detection rules.

4.3 No filtering system is perfect. Some Invalid Traffic is present across the entire internet and may not be detected. GECS does not warrant that all Invalid Traffic will be identified or excluded.

4.4 GECS's Statistics are the sole and conclusive basis for determining delivery and Invalid Traffic. Third-party verification reports may be submitted as supporting evidence but are not binding on GECS.

5. Advertiser Reports and Remedies

5.1 An Advertiser who suspects Invalid Traffic on a Position may report it to Show email (subject line "Traffic Quality Report") within 7 days after the end of the affected Period, giving the Position, dates, and evidence such as server logs, IP and user-agent samples, timestamps and conversion data.

5.2 GECS will investigate in good faith. If GECS, in its sole discretion, determines that a material proportion of the traffic delivered to a paid Position was Invalid Traffic not caused by the Advertiser, it may issue a Credit or extend the run of the Position, as described in the Advertiser Terms. This is the Advertiser's sole remedy. No refunds are given.

5.3 Low conversion rates, differences from marketplace estimates, or discrepancies with third-party analytics are not, by themselves, evidence of Invalid Traffic.

6. Consequences for Publishers

6.1 Where GECS determines that a Publisher Website has delivered Invalid Traffic, GECS may: (a) withhold, reduce or reverse any amount payable to the Publisher for the affected period; (b) recover from the Publisher amounts already paid and any Credits GECS has issued to Advertisers as a result; (c) suspend or remove the affected Positions; and (d) suspend or terminate the Publisher's Account, as set out in the Publisher Terms.

6.2 Publishers are responsible for the quality of all traffic on their Publisher Websites, including traffic purchased from third parties, and must disclose all paid traffic sources to GECS on request.

7. Consequences for Advertisers and Other Members

7.1 Where any Member engages in a prohibited practice, GECS may void affected Orders, Bids or Offers, remove Advertisements, forfeit Credits, recover its losses, and suspend or terminate the Account, without refund.

7.2 GECS may share information about Invalid Traffic, including IP addresses, device identifiers and Account information, with Publishers, industry bodies, fraud-prevention services and law enforcement, as permitted by its Privacy Policy and Applicable Law.

8. Co-operation

8.1 Members must co-operate with GECS's investigations, including by providing logs, traffic source information and other relevant data within 5 business days of request. Failure to co-operate may itself be treated as a breach of this Policy.

9. Changes and Contact

9.1 GECS may update this Policy as detection methods and industry standards evolve. Questions should be sent to Show email (subject line "Traffic Quality").
