1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules of conduct for everyone who accesses the AdultSense Platform operated by GLOBAL ENTERPRISE CLOUD SYSTEMS ("GECS"), including guest visitors to the public marketplace, applicants for an Account, Advertisers and Publishers. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1.2 This Policy works alongside the Advertiser Guidelines, the Publisher Guidelines and the Traffic Quality Policy, which contain more detailed requirements for particular roles.

2. Lawful Use Only

2.1 You must use the Platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all Applicable Law in every jurisdiction relevant to your activities.

2.2 Examples of unlawful use include promoting an online casino into a country where it is not licensed, advertising prescription medicines without the authorisations required where the advertisement is shown, and marketing a subscription service that hides recurring charges from consumers. Gambling, pharmaceuticals, cryptocurrency-related offers, VPNs and other restricted categories require GECS's prior written approval under the Advertiser Guidelines, even where lawful.

2.3 You must not use the Platform to promote, sell, distribute or facilitate any illegal content, goods or services, or any activity that is unlawful where it is targeted or displayed.

3. Zero Tolerance Content

3.1 GECS has zero tolerance for: (a) child sexual abuse material and any content that sexualises minors or persons who appear to be minors; (b) non-consensual intimate imagery, including content created, obtained or shared without the consent of a depicted person; (c) sexually explicit deepfakes or synthetic depictions of real persons without their consent; (d) content depicting or promoting sexual violence, trafficking or exploitation; and (e) terrorist content.

3.2 GECS will remove such content as a priority, aiming for removal within 24 hours and in any event within 48 hours of becoming aware of it, will terminate the responsible Account, will preserve relevant evidence, and will report to NCMEC, the IWF, law enforcement or other competent authorities as appropriate.

3.3 Requests from depicted individuals to remove non-consensual intimate imagery, are handled under the Abuse Reporting Policy, with removal within 48 hours of a valid request.

4. Prohibited Conduct

4.1 You must not: (a) provide false, misleading or incomplete information to GECS, including in an account request; (b) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person, including any Publisher; (c) create multiple Accounts, or use another Member's Account, without GECS's written consent; (d) share, sell or transfer Account access or Credentials; (e) harass, threaten, defame or abuse GECS staff, other Members or Publishers; (f) send spam or unsolicited communications through or about the Platform; or (g) use the Platform in any way that could damage the reputation of GECS or other Members.

4.2 You must not manipulate the marketplace, including by: (a) placing Bids or Offers you do not intend or are unable to honour; (b) colluding with other Members to suppress or inflate prices; (c) using multiple Accounts or connected persons to circumvent Offer limits or Auction rules; or (d) attempting to circumvent the Platform by dealing directly with Publishers whose inventory you learned of through the Platform.

4.3 Examples of prohibited account conduct include: registering a second company or using a relative's or contractor's details to obtain an additional Account after a request has been denied; letting an agency or affiliate log in with your Credentials to manage its own campaigns; listing a misleading trading name or false company details for use on Invoices; and sending abusive or threatening messages to GECS staff because an Ad Code was rejected or an Auction was lost.

4.4 Examples of prohibited marketplace conduct include: placing a high Bid to push up the price paid by a competitor and then refusing to pay if you win; agreeing with another Advertiser that one of you will not bid on a Position so the other can obtain it more cheaply; using a second Account to submit additional Offers once your monthly Offer limit has been reached; and contacting the owner of a Publisher Website you discovered on the Platform to buy the same placement directly. The last example is also a breach of the non-circumvention obligations in the Terms of Service, which apply for 12 months after your Account ends and carry liquidated damages equal to 12 months of the relevant Fees.

4.5 If a winning Bid is not paid by its due date, GECS may charge the full amount of the Bid or, at its option, any shortfall on resale, and may award the Position to the next highest bidder, as set out in the Advertiser Terms.

5. Technical Misuse

5.1 You must not: (a) introduce malware or harmful code; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, Account or data; (c) probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written authorisation; (d) scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract data from the Platform, including marketplace and traffic information, by automated means; (e) overload, flood or disrupt the Platform, including through denial-of-service attacks; (f) reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform; (g) circumvent geographic, access or security restrictions using proxies, VPNs or other tools; or (h) interfere with the delivery, tracking or reporting of Advertisements.

5.2 Examples of technical misuse include: running a script that downloads every marketplace listing and its traffic statistics each day; trying passwords or one-time codes against Accounts that are not yours; uploading Ad Code that silently redirects Visitors to an app store, triggers a file download or opens repeated pop-up windows; changing what an approved Ad Code serves after approval (sometimes called cloaking or bait-and-switch); loading hidden frames or pixels that generate impressions nobody sees; and using a proxy network to appear to be in a country from which the Platform restricts access.

5.3 Automated access is permitted only through any interface GECS expressly makes available for that purpose and only within the limits GECS sets. Ordinary use of the portal through a standard web browser is not restricted by this section.

6. Data and Privacy Misuse

6.1 You must not use the Platform or any information obtained from it to collect, process or disclose personal data unlawfully, to track Visitors without any required consent, or to build profiles of Visitors in breach of Applicable Law.

6.2 Information about other Members, Publishers, prices, Offers and Auctions obtained through the Platform is confidential and may be used only for your own purchasing or sales decisions on the Platform. Confidentiality obligations continue for 3 years after your Account ends, as set out in the Terms of Service.

6.3 Examples of data misuse include: using Ad Code to read or capture form inputs, browsing history or device identifiers on a Publisher Website; dropping third-party tracking cookies or fingerprinting scripts on Publisher Websites without a lawful basis and any required consent; collecting email addresses or phone numbers from Visitors through a landing page that does not disclose who you are and how the data will be used; and publishing, selling or sharing Statistics, prices or Offer amounts you have seen in the portal.

7. Reporting Violations

7.1 To report a breach of this Policy, illegal content or suspected abuse, email Show email with the subject line "Abuse Report", following the Abuse Reporting Policy. Copyright complaints should follow the Copyright Policy.

7.2 Security vulnerabilities should be reported confidentially to Show email with the subject line "Security Report".

8. Enforcement

8.1 GECS may investigate suspected breaches and may, at its discretion and without liability: remove or disable content; suspend or cancel Orders, Offers and Bids; restrict features; suspend or terminate Accounts; forfeit Credits; withhold amounts payable; and report matters to authorities. No refund is due where action is taken because of your breach.

8.2 GECS will provide a statement of reasons for restrictions where required by law. You may appeal by emailing Show email (subject line "Appeal") within 6 months, as described on the EU Digital Services Act Information page.

8.3 In deciding what action to take, GECS considers the seriousness of the breach, whether it was deliberate, whether it has happened before, the risk to Visitors, Publishers and other Members, and any explanation you provide. For example, a first-time technical error in Ad Code may lead to a request to fix it, while a deliberate redirect to malware or any zero-tolerance content will lead to immediate termination.

8.4 GECS may suspend Members who repeatedly provide manifestly illegal content, and may suspend the handling of reports from persons who repeatedly submit manifestly unfounded reports.

9. Changes

9.1 GECS may update this Policy at any time in accordance with the Terms of Service. Where a change is material, GECS will give at least 15 days' notice by email or through the portal before it takes effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or to address a security or abuse risk. Continued use of the Platform after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance.
